Hybrid Autonomous Mobile Drone Anti Tank Missile System

Poland to win a defensive tank war against Russia... doesn't need tanks. What Poland needs is a new autonomous hybrid weapons system that combines self driving terrain vehicles with drones that can fly for several miles to engage armored units and fire one or two antitank missiles from low altitude. These weapon systems can sit in wait on the front lines and deny access to any incoming armored divisions very cheaply. They can be forward deployed and remotely controlled. Drones can be helicopter drones and thus VTOL, which means they can return to their ground vehicles where they are mounted and pick up additional missiles. Vehicles could field as many as 8 anti-tank missiles. What this means, is that this weapon system can engage tanks, mobile mortars, mobile artillery units and armored personel carriers from camouflaged locations by launching their drones, which subsequently can hit these armored units from beyond line of sight of the crew of the enemy ground vehicle it aims to neutralize as well as fly low enough to hide from radar between buildings or other ground features.

The ground vehicle should field a machine gun turret and a small UAV drone for what I termed "wizard eye" capability. The operator should have three screens: Wizard eye, ground vehicle cameras and the helicopter drone. The helicopter drone should get a weaponized version of E-Hang 184 without a big cabin, but instead a body that can survive small arms fire and RPGs with reflective armor, the platform is electric and has appropriate range for this system. It will be able to roam for a while and return to its ground vehicle after engaging enemy armor or other ground targets. It should have the option to either swap its battery or recharge using the ground vehicle's fossil fuel generator. The ground vehicle can have a hybrid range extending electric engine like the Chevy Volt, so it is quiet when it creeps into enemy territory. Active camouflage is optional. The ground vehicle can be amphibious so it can go through water or hide on lake and river bottoms, since it is electric. The drone can fly off and perch on rooftops or other difficult to reach locations as the ground vehicle hides.

I foresee another scenario where this type of weapon system can be used to overcome Russia's mobile systems that launch nuclear weapons before they get to set them off. These hybrid ground-air-missile launch systems can creep up into Russian forests bordering Poland and take out not only armored units, but mobile radar stations and missile launchers including nuclear ones. Range should be long enough for the ground vehicle cover 100 km into Russia and back. The drone has to cover at least 7 to 10 km so the ground vehicle isn't noticed on radar and taken out. Range of missiles can be the standard American TOW missile's range of  4.5 km. The helicopter drone can be electric. The road vehicle can be powered by fossil fuels, but it should have an electric engine that makes it quiet. Lost drones can still pick up missiles from other ground vehicles and continue fighting until all missiles are used up.

I recall that Poland designed an autonomous border control system that would interdict people trying to infiltrate it or cross it illegally. This is similar, except it is a defensive and an offensive weapons system that can neutralize all armor in the Kaliningrad Oblast. Also, the nuclear bunker which stores the nukes in the Kaliningrad district should be targeted with a Chinese made tactical nuclear missile and taken out at initiation of hostilities. I mean way BEFORE Russians decide to escalate to a nuclear war. The hypersonic ramjet missiles can be purchased from China, as the country is exporting them. The range is long enough to hit anything in Kaliningrad Oblast, nuclear warhead miniaturization technology can be acquired from DPRK or France and deployed as part of EU's common defense, thus not violating NTP, as we already are a nuclear power.

Trump's war on the press resulted in the United States joining the list of most deadly countries for reporters in the world. Globally the Trump regime harvested 348 detained journalists, 60 held hostage, 80 killed... including one that worked for USA's own Washington Post, whom the Saudi Crown prince had ordered to be sawed into pieces in a Turkish consulate as a gift to Trump's blood thirst. The "enemy of the people" are not officially known to have lost family members as the Trump regime does not do body counts. Thus the "kill their families" and "grab them by the pussy" official foreign policy of the United States is not updated with statistics as to exactly how many family members of journalists were raped or murdered as a result of the American "president" calling for violent global action against the media.

Americans may think that 15% minimum consumption of renewable power across EU is low. In fact, the minimum does not reflect the reality that some countries are near or above 100% renewable power production in the European Union. If say everyone is at 100% expect Bulgaria by 2030, and Bulgaria doesn't meet the 15% target, this means that this target was not met by the EU even though EU as a whole would be around 98% renewable powered. USA uses statistics like this to defraud its own backwardness. For instance, if American slaves and vassals who are under mind control in Poland, don't meet the target and everyone else does, the fossil oligarch puppets in Washington will be able to say that EU did not meet its 15% target and make its own shortcomings looks justified in the eyes of the sycophantic American corporate media and the brainwashed enslaved public.

Let's keep in mind that nuclear power does not emit carbon dioxide, countries like France and Germany even though they are moving toward renewables, already have most of their electricity coming from sources that don't add to global warming.

More details on how Total’s plan will be implemented were not provided. Several other announcements, however, were made during the event: EDF’s CEO, Jean-Bernard Levy reiterated that the company will implement its 30 GW plan to “help France reduce its gap in terms of PV development;” French retail groups Auchan and Carrefour have promised to install 60 hectares, 20 hectares of solar panels, respectively, at their facilities in the country, while two more retailers, Magasins U and Les Mosquetaires, have committed to 50 hectares each.

Another big announcement came from France Ministry of Defence, which said it will make around 2,000 hectares of surfaces available for solar projects that will have to be realized by 2025. As EU gets closer to 100% renewable power for individual nation states, green power in those states will obviously see a lesser investment as extra capacity will not generate revenue and will not be needed. This is already happening in Norway, Portugal, Spain and Denmark. Partly the problem could be overcome by EU building a common superconducting power grid that spans all of Eurasia and these countries could continue to invest in profitable renewables to provide power to Asian countries after the sunset there, late into the evening; partly by the already deployed European grid and common market policy, which enables exports of electricity between nation states within the block. EU could also export electricity to Africa.

Then there is the option for companies that have successfully invested and built 100% renewable infrastructure domestically, to invest abroad and not limit themselves to the European Union, but then that will not be reflected in the EU renewable power generation statistics. The point here is that it is a global picture. Just like China burning coal from Australia doesn't get blame for mining, EU building solar farms in Africa to power local economies won't get credit for European Union investing more in renewables, even though investment continues.

“It is now clear that the Sion’s battery will have a capacity of 35 kWh. We have opted for a battery technology that is based on 51Ah-PHEV-II cells, which is particularly future-oriented and features by far the highest energy density available on the market to date.”

At first, the company said that the battery pack would be around “around €4,000,” but it now expects the price of the battery pack to be €9,500 – bringing the price of the full vehicle to €25,500 (~$29,000)."

https://electrek.co/2018/11/24/sono-motors-sion-price-solar-electric-vehicle/

What should have been a mass produced commuter car, is becoming just one option out of many on the EV market price in the $30,000 range. Sono is likely trying to take advantage of having a following, that following was price dependent. They may soon learn that coming in low and raising prices turns customers off. Apple comes in high, then lowers the price and generates far more sales, making people think they're getting something much cheaper than they otherwise would. Sono making improvements to the drive train is less significant, then the price that would make the car an affordable solution to basically EVERYONE in Eurasia.

The fact that Sono is a solar car which could have little to no maintenance, fuel or electricity costs, made it unique. At $30,000 the people who buy it will care less about saving a few bucks on electricity and won't drive it as mainly a solar powered car. This means that the price will not get the intended buyer, and those who would buy the car in this price range won't see the solar charging as any great advantage which is the cars unique gimmick. This week, they said that they are working with ElringKlinger on the pack and they settled on a 35 kWh battery pack:

“It is now clear that the Sion’s battery will have a capacity of 35 kWh. We have opted for a battery technology that is based on 51Ah-PHEV-II cells, which is particularly future-oriented and features by far the highest energy density available on the market to date.”

At first, the company said that the battery pack would be around “around €4,000,” but it now expects the price of the battery pack to be €9,500 – bringing the price of the full vehicle to €25,500 (~$29,000)."

What should have been a mass produced commuter car, is becoming just one option out of many on the EV market priced in the $30,000 range.

The demand for the car will plummet. I see American hands in this. Another fatality of US interference in a desperate struggle of the fossil fuel oligarchs to keep oil afloat.

Compare this to TESLA model 3 priced at $35,000 in the EU, which can bring down the cost to below $30,000 with subsidies. There is a TESLA charging infrastructure across Europe, it is faster and you don't have to pay for the electricity, if you are a Tesla owner. Now compare the performance and range to Sono's. Oh. And you own the battery inside your TESLA. Any questions? Sono is dead on arrival. Nobody can be that ignorant of the competition and this stupid, hence the only rational explanation is foreign interference to stop a cheap mass produced car from taking over a vast niche.

Polish Fiat 126p could be a frame for a solar car. Poland should seek to build such a solar car at a price under $15,000. Range on solar power alone should be 50 km. This will make it the most popular car across the world, considering fuel costs and absence of charging infrastructure. For African and Indian markets this car does not need any heating. It will also drastically reduce world's carbon emissions. If I remember correctly they used to make these in Tychy or Katowice where you just had one of those "save the world from global warming" international meetings.

Someone converted an old Fiat 126 into a solar powered electric car. It looks rather easy. It should be just as easy to design a solution that doesn't give up the two rear seats and bring it back to mass production in Poland. Obviously if it's new this compact solar EV should have LED lights, modern electronics, computing, anti-lock breaks, maybe an air bag and go a bit faster than 80 km/hr.

Aha. Except there is a shutdown, because Trump wants to profiteer on the wall. The wall was supposed to pay for itself. I said to make the wall into a solar PV power plant, that is privatized and runs along the length of the border, with private security. See anyone criminally trespassing electric utilities' fenced grounds? No? There are several reasons for that. Migrants won't cross a barrier like this. If they do, criminal charges will be immediate, and no matter how stupid and desperate they are, even they will understand that it is a crime to go into and damage electric power plant's property. It is the Trump administration's FED that raised interest rates. It is Trump who started a trade war. It is Trump who backed out of one treaty and trade deal after another... including NAFTA. It is Trump who is backing out of Syria and Afghanistan. Trump. Trump. Trump. He's a weapon of economic mass destruction. I said this many times, Trump is the best revenge on the American torturers, stalkers, harassers, abusers, thieves, libelers, frauds and killers... I could ever have! If it is one thing that Trump is good at, it is cheating people out of their money and then going bankrupt. He has a proven track record of success in this. US national debt is at the level of Greece's in 2008, or about 110% debt to GDP ratio. The economy may be doing well, but it is running on DEBT. When people will no longer be able to pay their debts to maintain consumer spending, the economy will crash. Oh, and things will be MUCH more expensive across the board. Thank Donald "the Economic WMD" Trump for that and his tariffs! Chinese supply chain for US companies will become at least 20% more expensive come this January... and you will see this basically in ALL of your consumer spending as prices rise. I'd go get popcorn and watch... but I think I'll go for half a gallon of ice cream instead, and anyway, I'm a real leader and a logical economist who understands these simple synergies. Thieves like Trump and this oligarch cronies only understand the windfall they benefited from in tax cuts for the rich. And the world is rich. So rich that every one of you should have $45,000 each, man, woman and child, anywhere in the world. Instead you have $86,000 in debt to pay back, and the 1% hoard everything offshore. Not that they're hiding it. They had Trump give them LEGAL tax breaks.

Americans defrauded my credit rating by stealing one of my credit cards and falsely charging some $200 as aid to a terrorist group. Then they sent me a collection bill for $3,700 for a Citibank account I never had. Thing is, they can't continue to defraud the world by simply printing themselves more money to spend. They need to borrow it from someone. But who? China is now thoroughly antagonized. Japan is close behind. EU is broken up thanks to American terrorism, with the main lender that purchased US debt in the middle of Brexit with the prospect of food shortages, collapse of NHS, currency inflation, loss of financial markets that will move to mainland Europe and no Euro to protect it financially in a certain recession! Not to mention that if there is a gov't shutdown and Trump fails to get an agreement, US credit rating will plummet. I will not protect Americans this time around, because this time around the debt is nearly twice as much and debt to GDP ratio is ridiculous.

"WASHINGTON — The federal budget deficit swelled to $779 billion in fiscal year 2018, the Treasury Department said on Monday, driven in large part by a sharp decline in corporate tax revenues after the Trump tax cuts took effect.

The deficit rose nearly 17 percent year over year, from $666 billion in 2017. It is now on pace to top $1 trillion a year before the next presidential election, according to forecasts from the Trump administration and outside analysts. The deficit for the 2018 fiscal year, which ended Sept. 30, was the largest since 2012, when the economy and federal revenues were still recovering from the depths of the recession."

US economy will be under a perfect storm of debt problems. Including corporate debt. Consumers define the US economy. They won't be able to buy stuff. Because their record high debt burden will eat up all their disposable income. This will cause a recession and companies won't have the revenue to pay their debts. That in turn will collapse the financial system. A slow collapse, but a definitive one. Expect a few Black Swan events, all related to anthropogenic global warming climate change disasters that will strain insurance companies, create more medical debt, force more people to become climate refugees with all that involves as well as drug and obesity epidemics to further deteriorate productivity and strain social services.

"2019 will be defined as a year of deleveraging," said Peter Boockvar, chief investment officer at Bleakley Advisory Group. "You're going to hear much less about buybacks and dividend increases. That's one of the areas of excess in this cycle."

Americans can't afford to buy housing, so they pay rent. Rent is too high, it will eat into consumer spending. Rent rises 10% per year. If it continues, some people will have to move and quit their jobs. For sure they will have less disposable income to drive the consumer economy that is USA. This year, along with all the other issues, will be a point of inflection. Many have already been priced out, but mostly people who were on fixed income. Now, middle class working families will be priced out, this while their consumer debt burden will become unmanageable damaging their credit history and making getting a mortgage impossible. There won't be a real estate bubble in housing, but there already is one in rental prices. Worse, as houses burn down, are flooded or blown apart in climate disasters, the inventory is reduced and supply of housing units lowered. This means more people will look to rent keeping rent prices high.

About the only thing that Trump is doing right is the withdrawal of some 18,000 troops from Syria and Afganistan. This however will not reduce military spending, and it will not reduce military waste. What it can do is bring those consumers back to USA to spend in the domestic economy as they continue to be employed. Gov't shutdown offsets that, before it comes into effect.

"A group of Democrats working in secret replicated the deceptive social media tactics they claim Russians used to steal the 2016 election in order to win the 2017 Alabama Senate race, according to an explosive NYT report.

The primarily social-media-based campaign to bolster the candidacy of Democrat Doug Jones and smear Republican Roy Moore implemented many of the divisive techniques outlined in the reports released earlier this week on Russian social media influence operations, according to an internal report on the effort acquired by the New York Times. Such resemblance is not surprising, given that one of the Alabama effort's ringleaders was Jonathon Morgan, whose company New Knowledge produced one of those reports."

Funny. Anyway, I came across this picture today and can't be sure if it is an effigy or a human, but it seems that in Bangladesh they do this to bloggers. I think Assad has a similar lynching coming, akin to the one the dictator of Libya got at the hands of pissed off citizens of that country, whom he promised to wipe out and attempted to exterminate. The old Henry Ford was right when he remarked that, when he offered the first serially produced car, he didn’t follow what people wanted. As he put it succinctly, if asked what they want, the people would have answer: “A better and stronger horse to pull our carriage!”

This insight finds an echo in Steve Jobs’ infamous motto that “a lot of times, people don't know what they want until you show it to them.”

In spite of all one has to criticize in the activity of Jobs, he was close to an authentic master in how he understood his motto. When he was asked how much customer feedback Apple uses, he snapped back: “It's not the customers’ job to know what they want… we figure out what we want.”"

What Yellow Jackets want is a $15,000 solar electric car that is domestically produced without some tricky scheme for battery rental and one that can run 50 km a day without fuel or charging... so they can get to work without using a 1/3 of their measly wages on commuting. But, without a leader they can't verbalize this, and the French governments is unlikely to deliver. French car companies would have to field domestic battery production, and they're behind in the game. Compromise then?!

Landing in the Korolev crater has obvious advantages. It is easy to build habitats inside ice as opposed to digging yourself into rock or dirt. Ice can be used for irrigation, plumbing, air production, fuel cell production for vehicles and rocket fuel production. North Pole landing has similar advantages to landing in the polar region of the Moon. The Korolev crater has much ice, enough to sustain a colony of 500,000 as Musk has planned. Finally, to simulate living in such an environment, one can conduct mission testing in Antarctica with suits that allow for breathing in isolation from external air.

North Korea should offer to put its nuclear arsenal in storage in China or Russia, like Iran has delivered its weapons grade fissile material to Russia, and then see what Americans will do. The choice of a nuclear test underwater by Americans implies they've tested a large nuclear torpedo. I would speculate that they're trying to do something like the Russians have where the weapon avoids radar underwater and comes out to hit a city. If they get caught blowing up that underwater volcano, and the likelihood that radioactive substances are found is low due to lava flows, CIA will blame this test on North Korea or China. Being that it was 80th anniversary of the Nanking Massacre the set up is all to easy buy into. China never successfully prosecuted Indonesian mass murderers for genocide or killings of their citizens so the CIA will claim they've sent Indonesians a subtle message, as they themselves test the ability to sink Chinese made islands in the South China sea. Typical American terrorism and bullshit.

Sabotage of a nuclear submarine that has nuclear weapons on board can result in their detonation. This has been demonstrated by both Americans and Russians, where two nuclear armed submarines went up in flames. Similarly, detonating a nuclear submarine's weapons under the ocean can result in a massive tsunami. If a vessel that blows up belongs to the navy whose port is destroyed in this manner, they'll have no way of knowing who or what hit them.

However, destroying some ships and a port city in this type of an attack or accident, could result in global denuclearization and thus prevent a global holocaust as well as ecosystem collapse. Also, if a drone were to detonate a nuclear weapon next to an American nuclear submarine and cause a tsunami triggering the sub's own nuclear arsenal, there'd no way to tell the difference as to what actually happened. No evidence would survive such an explosion.

"Could a hacker actually detonate a nuclear weapon or launch a nuclear missile?

I think that we must assume the answer is yes, although in my view it is very, very unlikely and varies according to the actor and system involved. The most vulnerable systems are probably those that are the most modern and complex, and particularly those systems that control nuclear weapons held on high alert. Nuclear weapons software and associated systems could be altered as they are being built, electronic signals might somehow be sent to nuclear weapons, or perhaps hackers could seek to precipitate nuclear use indirectly by misleading those systems and manipulating the information that they rely upon."

"If you could tell the world one thing about this threat, what would it be?

The cyber threat to nuclear systems is unquestionably real, but it is far more nuanced than it is often portrayed. For example, the biggest risk by far is that of cyber-nuclear espionage—that is, stealing nuclear operational or design secrets. Also, states are much more likely to seek to disrupt or disable an opponent’s nuclear systems than seek to cause a launch or explosion. Finally, although the risk of a third party or cyber-terrorists hacking into a nuclear system and causing a launch is real, it is arguably easier for, and more likely, that these groups will seek to precipitate or deepen a nuclear crisis or cause inadvertent or mistaken nuclear use. "At least twice this year, the Syrian military fired Iranian-made artillery shells filled with a chlorine-like substance that oozed poison slowly, giving victims just a few minutes to escape.

In another attack, Syrian forces dropped a chemical bomb on the top-floor balcony of an apartment building, killing 49 people, including 11 children. Their skin turned blue.

These details and others blaming Syria for atrocities in eastern Ghouta, a suburb of Damascus, were uncovered by a United Nations commission investigating and documenting possible war crimes in the seven-year-old conflict. But when the commission issued a report on Wednesday, the details were omitted.

Seven pages that had been in an earlier draft, provided to The New York Times, were summarized in two paragraphs in the final document."

Full scale war between Ukraine and Russia will come after Russia, Syria and Iran crush Sunni Syrians and Americans leave the theater. Putin does one thing at a time. Chechnya. Abkhazia. Ossetia. Georgia. Dagestan. Estonia. Syria. Ukraine. Now he is starting to work on incorporating Belarus and as promised he'll ride tanks all the way to Kiev within a couple weeks after a definitive Assad victory in Syria. Capitulation of the CIA installed nationalist gov't in Ukraine is unlikely to bring back the former regime. I think it will be more of the Gulf War scenario, where an American led coalition decimated Iraq's capability to wage war after Hussein was set up to contest Kuwait. Similarly, the Ukrainians who contested Russian territory in Crimea and East Ukraine, will not just be driven out but neutralized. Like the Gulf War scenario, Russia's reciprocation will not overthrow Poroshenko, but leave him powerless and humbled.

Additionally, the livelihood of 10,000 fishermen is at stake. Moscow, on the other hand, rather like China in the South China Sea, appears determined to turn the Sea of Azov into a strategic internal rampart, and the Kerch Strait—with a new $7.5 billion bridge over it—constitutes the linchpin of this plan."

The de facto economic embargo imposed by the Russian military on Ukraine is impoverishing the adversery to the point where half of Ukrainians' income is spent on.... FOOD! Russians like Americans are using economic pressure, sanctions and embargo to discredit Ukraine's adversarial gov't, starve them of cash, and weaken them before attacking. But, like I said, the invasion of Ukraine wont' happen until Syria is overtaken by Assad's forces and secured by Iranian missiles against Israeli belligerence. If Assad makes a deal with Kurds, which is LIKELY, Russia's full on invasion and bombing of Ukraine could happen by spring 2019.

Russia feels safe about its navy and nuclear assets in Crimea. Now it moved in its air force, which means it can bomb ALL of Ukraine from Crimea and supply Crimea over the new built bridge or after it sieges Mariupol, like Assad to multiple cities in Syria, it can use the land bridge as it overtakes all of Donbas and Luhansk, on its way to putting the pain on Kiev and destroying Ukraine's industry, military industrial complex and ability to wage war.

As one of rebel groups vowed to take back all of Kurdish controlled areas, this violence will give a pretext for both Assad and Erdogan to then move in and pretend to be 'peace makers', however they'll likely let them bleed themselves out first and engulf civilians in violence, so they will see the Assad regime and Erdogan regime moving in their forces to take over territory as 'liberators'.

"Turkey on Saturday sent military reinforcements to northern Syria near an area controlled by Kurdish forces as Ankara threatens to carry out a fresh offensive to wipe them out, a war monitor said.

As the Assad regime is being white washed, the Syrian genocide death toll is miraculously dropped to 330,000 by American media. Jewish newspaper Haaretz now puts it at 560,000 which is consistent with previous reports and the fact that there is ongoing violence. This genocide does not account for the missing. 11 million are supposedly abroad... this may not be the case. Assad's death camp crematoriums had 7 years to burn evidence of their mass murder. Those in prisons were never found. Refugees in Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Turkey, Europe and USA have little contact with one another. IDPs can't be kept track off. These are estimates, the death toll is always more than the count, because the disappeared and those in mass graves are presumed missing or to have become refugees until their bodies are found. You can't find cremated bodies, unless the Assad regime sends death notices to the next of kin, and they don't do that until years after the fact... if at all.

That's 4,600 ground units. If each Hybrid Autonomous Mobile Drone Anti Tank Missile System system has 8 missiles, that means for a comparable force to be deterred or defeated in Kaliningrad Oblast, Poland needs at least 600 units, if it will lose only 25 of them in combat and has hit rate of 100%. The drone can also carry air-to-air missiles to take out helicopters. So that's be another 40 units, as an anti helicopter air defense system. They can serve as both anti-armor and anti-helicopter weapons. Just change the missiles and missile orders.

In fighting helicopters on Russia's own territory these drones will be able to hide in trees and among buildings, in other words in places where they can't be seen easily on radar nor in line of sight by helicopter pilots. Even hovering over rooftops creates a danger for Russians, as they'll blow up their own buildings attacking the drones.
